Responsibilities

• Prepare various types of prata according to traditional recipes and techniques.
• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian-Chinese dishes such as Hakka noodles, fried rice, and Manchurian.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and quality food preparation.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in Indian or Chinese cuisine.
• Proficient in cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
