The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in FX & CFD sales, a solid client base (particularly among retail clients in the Arab region), and a deep understanding of the financial instruments and trading platforms. Requirments:WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE: Minimum of 1 year sales experience in the Forex industry or a bank in the UAE is a must Strong client database and industry relationships, particularly among retail clients within the UAE region is a must Proven track record in FX and CFD sales and in-depth understanding of Spot FX and CFDs and Financial Markets Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in achieving sales targets, closing deals, generating business and building long-term client relationships. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Responsibilities:As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify, approach, and onboard new retail clients with an interest in FX and CFD trading, particularly within the Arab market. Business Development: develop and execute the company's business development strategy to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Market Operations & Strategy: design and implement innovative marketing and operational strategies to expand the company's reach and identify new business opportunities. Sales Management: meet and achieve individual and team sales targets Client Relationship Management: Establish, build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients, and strategic partnerships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Corporate Representation: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and business development.
