Within the Level Measurement Solutions business, the Project Quote Specialists interface with clients to provide solutions based on customer needs/requirements for moderate and complex quotations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Draft moderately complex quotes using the LMS Quoting Software.
• Review technical documents provided by the client including, but not limited to, specifications, data sheets, drawings, and publicly available competitor literature/information.
• Research technical questions relating to LMS products from customers and representatives.
• Provide technical and marketing information to customers, representatives, and partners in the selection of LMS products based on provided specifications/information.
• Professionally communicate with customers, representatives, and others to resolve issues relating to quotes, orders and/or other inquiries.
• Review Request for Quotation (RFQ) received from customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and/or specifications to provide quotation.
• Follow up on quotations via email/telephone with customers to increase quotation win rate.
• Act as a liaison between factory, sales team and customers.
• Provide regular quotation, opportunity and order updates on the CRM tool - Salesforce.
• Project & MRO Management Support and Documentation.
• Responsible for the engineering design for orders in production, including dimensional drawings, production drawings, and BOM.
• Resolve technical issues related to all products and their applications, providing design solutions for non standard and customized products.
• Assist with promotion activities (e.g., seminars, translations, etc.).

Experience and Requirements

• Associate's (or higher) degree in General Business, Engineering, or another technical field.
• High School degree required (or equivalent).
• Good organizational skills.
• Good command of English in listening, speaking, and writing.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Automation, Instrumentation and Automation, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of working experience in technical support and AE or similar role.
• Experience with multinational companies and familiarity with the instruments preferred.
• Experience with computer tools, AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.
• A good team player and fast learner.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with great attention to details.
• Confident with good communication both internally and externally.
• Customer focused and service oriented.
