Frazer Jones is delighted to be retained by a leading international organisation in Singapore to identify and appoint a Non-Executive Director (NED) with deep HR expertise to join its Board during a pivotal period of strategic growth and transformation. The organisation, with operations across multiple countries, is focused on strengthening its people and culture strategies to support long term business objectives and continued operational excellence.
Working closely with the CEO, Chairman and fellow Board members, the NED will provide independent oversight and strategic guidance on all aspects of people, culture, and organisational development. In addition, the NED will lead the Remuneration Committee, overseeing executive compensation, incentive structures, and reward policies to ensure alignment with corporate strategy, performance, and governance standards. The role will involve advising on HR strategy, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and organisational culture, as well as providing input on international M&A and integration initiatives. The NED will work closely with the executive leadership team to ensure people related strategies are aligned with business priorities and drive sustainable growth.
The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the company's culture, fostering employee engagement, and embedding people practices that promote accountability, collaboration, and high performance. They will provide constructive challenge and guidance to the executive team while ensuring governance standards, risk management, and compliance are upheld.
The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in senior HR leadership within complex, multinational organisations, and prior experience as a Board NED is essential. Strong exposure to the Tech or AI industries is preferred. Experience with international M&A, integration, or scaling multi country operations is essential. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, excellent influencing skills, and the ability to provide trusted, independent advice at the Board level.
This represents a rare and highly significant opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to join a respected international organisation at a time of strategic evolution. The role offers the chance to influence organisational culture, shape people strategy, lead executive remuneration strategy, and make a lasting impact on the organisation's performance and growth trajectory.
