Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Sage Intacct Consultant with practical finance experience to join our expert team. This role focuses on leveraging your financial background to deliver effective Sage Intacct implementations and support. With dedicated project managers on hand, your focus will remain on configuring Sage Intacct to align with client needs and processes, with minimal emphasis on customisation.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements, offering strategic advice on Sage Intacct solutions.
- System Configuration: Configure Sage Intacct to align with client-specific business needs, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
- Training and Support: Conduct tailored training sessions and provide ongoing support to client teams for effective system adoption.
- Process Improvement: Analyse clients' financial workflows and recommend process enhancements to maximise efficiency and system ROI.
- Finance Expertise: Apply your hands on finance experience to understand client challenges and deliver solutions that bridge the gap between operations and ERP technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Practical finance experience, such as roles in accounting or finance operations, followed by ERP implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of core financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and multi entity consolidations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Minimum of 5 years of ERP system experience, with at least 2 years in Sage Intacct consulting/implementation.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate finance requirements into system functionalities.
- Sage Intacct Implementation Certification (required).
