Role DescriptionThis is a full time, on site role for Logistics Operations - 2nd Level Support, located in Riyadh. The role involves resolving complex logistics and shipment issues, providing second level support to customers, and ensuring smooth operations within the supply chain. Responsibilities include analyzing and troubleshooting operational challenges, assisting in transportation and freight management, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. The role supports continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Qualifications- Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service and communication for managing customer relationships and addressing inquiries.
- Experience in transportation management and supply chain management to support efficient logistics operations.
- Ability to adapt to fast paced environments and provide timely solutions to complex logistical issues.
- Proficiency in using logistics and shipping platforms or software is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar logistics support role is beneficial but not mandatory.
