About the RoleAs a Senior Acumatica Functional Consultant, you'll drive the adoption, optimisation, and governance of our internal Acumatica ERP platform across the Enterprise business-ensuring the system delivers measurable value, scalability, and efficiency for internal stakeholders and customers.
Responsibilities- Lead as the subject matter expert for Acumatica ERP. Own solution design, release management, integrations, and data structures to meet business needs
- Improve system architecture, security, and UX - automate workflows to reduce manual work and maintain a consistent upgrade cadence
- Enable a single source of truth and multi entity operations across ERP, billing, CRM, workflow, and reporting platforms for scalable, unified operations
- Drive functional enablement and governance - translate requirements into modules/dashboards, own documentation and metrics, and manage access controls, audits, and change management
- Acumatica Certified (or similar) with deep SaaS ERP experience spanning technical, functional, and operational domains
- Billing & subscription expertise: recurring and usage based billing, multi entity invoicing, revenue recognition, and integrations to CRM and support systems
- Governance & controls capability: access/role management, audit, data quality, licensing, and change management-balancing flexibility with compliance and security
- Systems integration strength, solid accounting knowledge, and exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management-supported by relevant tertiary qualifications
