The RoleCoregas is embarking on a major digital transformation with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Lead to manage this project on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension. You will drive seamless integration with existing systems and delivering operational improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of Business Central implementation - planning, design, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors to align ERP solutions with business objectives.
- System Configuration: Customise Business Central modules (Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales) to meet operational needs.
- Integration Management: Oversee integrations with CRM, Payroll, and reporting tools.
- Training & Support: Develop training materials and deliver workshops to upskill internal users.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed configuration documentation and ensure data integrity and security.
- Minimum 3+ years hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven track record in ERP implementations or upgrades.
- Strong understanding of financial and operational processes within Business Central.
- Experience with data migration, system integration, and customisation.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
