As a Senior Integration Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining high-quality integration services and APIs that support HBF's digital transformation. Working within agile squads, you'll collaborate with business analysts, architects, and developers to deliver scalable solutions using AWS technologies. This role also includes mentoring responsibilities and contributing to the continuous improvement of development practices.
Key Responsibilities- Leading the design and development of AWS APIs and microservices aligned with sprint objectives.
- Implementing robust unit, integration, and functional testing to ensure quality and reliability.
- Conducting peer reviews and providing constructive feedback on code, design, and documentation.
- Participating in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and showcases.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Contributing to the evolution of integration standards, development methodologies, and best practices.
This position is being offered on a 12-month maximum-term basis in Perth WA.

Ideal Qualifications- Proven experience designing and developing production grade REST APIs and integration services.
- Strong proficiency in C# .NET Core and AWS development tools (e.g., CloudFormation, CDK, SAM).
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), source control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bamboo).
- Demonstrated ability to write and execute unit, integration, and functional tests using frameworks like xUnit or NUnit.
- Experience working in agile squads and participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to mentoring and peer review.
