International Digital Services (Group Singtel) is a strategic and pivotal unit, contributing to the Group's transformation vision by providing leadership in new and breakthrough strategies and development of new and emerging business, innovation and commercialization in the Enterprise and SME segments.
Devise, grow and expand New Customer/ Services Enabler Eco-System ( develop multi sales funnels and channels Digital, sales, digital) ecosystem
The role will spear-head the identification of new and underserved markets, penetrating new revenue opportunities for Cloud and Digital software products, and work through channel network and direct sales opportunities to deliver digitalization and value for our customers.
Make an Impact by:
- Lead Channel and Direct Sales strategy development.
- Devise, monitor and realize sales targets.
- Establish and manage overall sales management framework, across channel and direct sales.
- Drive and organize roadshows and events.
- Establish opportunities and alliance/ partnerships with other Singtel Business Units.
- Monitor prospecting, sales leads and sales for SMB target clients.
- Manage channel conflicts and resolution.
- Incentive/ commission management.
- Drive partnerships to optimize channels across Singtel Business Units.
- Coordination with Product and Delivery on improving customer success.
- Enhance Digital & Executive Thought Leadership via social media and executive branding.
- Set up new partners in regional markets to re-sell our products.
- Establish new sales leads and prospects through partnerships with associates.
- Establish sales support/ product team to support sales pitches in regional markets.
- Identify and create new ICT products to sell in the region.
Skills for Success:
- Degree in Business Admin., Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in tech, software and cloud sales.
- Demonstrated ability in sales performance.
- Strong track record of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven experience in managing strategic channel partnerships.
- Successfully bringing new products/services to market.
- Understanding of Software and SaaS solutions.
