Job Title: Front of House (FOH) - Arabic Speaker

Job Summary:

The Front of House (FOH) team member is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival to departure. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and fluency in both Arabic and English to effectively assist guests and support restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Communicate clearly in Arabic and English with guests to ensure understanding and satisfaction.

• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments efficiently.

• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

• Provide accurate information about menu items, promotions, and restaurant services.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Process guest payments accurately and issue receipts when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception, dining, and service areas.

• Support other FOH staff and assist in training new team members.

• Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and service quality expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.

• Well-groomed and professional appearance.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Basic POS (Point of Sale) system knowledge is an advantage.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
