Strategic Business Development Lead - Saudi Arabia

Location: Riyadh or Jeddah

Compensation: Circa SAR 690,000 per annum (approximately SAR 57,500 per month, depending on experience)

This is one of those moments. You will join a world-renowned architecture and design studio, part of a broader collective of global creative firms that includes a forward-thinking real estate development company.

Our client has committed to shaping the future of the built environment across the Gulf and this appointment will be instrumental in anchoring that ambition in Riyadh, where Saudi Arabia's next era of design and development is unfolding.

As Strategic Business Development Lead, you will be the studio's ambassador in the Kingdom identifying opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and positioning the practice at the forefront of the projects driving Riyadh's evolution: Expo 2030, Qiddiya, Diriyah and the wave of hospitality, cultural and residential developments supporting them.

You will move confidently across boardrooms and ministries, development firms and cultural entities, transforming relationships into partnerships and opportunities into legacy projects.

This is not a passive role it's an invitation to stand at the centre of the Kingdom's creative and economic momentum, shaping work that will define Riyadh's architectural realm, experience and identity for decades.
