Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to manage and execute global events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings that strengthen Power & Sun's international brand presence. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in corporate event management, hospitality coordination, and travel logistics-while aligning every event with our vision of promoting solar energy across markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute international MICE activities including trade shows, expos, conferences, and partner events.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics such as venue sourcing, travel, accommodation, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design impactful event experiences that highlight our solar innovations.
• Manage event registrations, sponsorships, and client engagement before, during, and after events.
• Oversee event budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective planning.
• Maintain and update the events calendar and reporting dashboards.
• Liaise with regional teams and partners across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia to support event participation.
• Track and evaluate event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, ROI).
• Ensure all events reflect Power & Sun's brand identity and sustainability values.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Events, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in MICE coordination with international exposure.
• Proven experience managing corporate or industry events.
• Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Zoho o r similar CRMs .
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Passion for sustainability and renewable energy is a plus.
