- Act as the first point of contact for technical issues (laptops, Wi-Fi, printers, phones, etc.).
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems.
- Install software updates and assist with new device setups (Windows/macOS).
- Ensure meeting rooms and video conferencing systems are functioning smoothly.
- Prepare IT equipment for new starters and support their onboarding.
- Assist colleagues with issues like password resets, VPN access, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Serve as the first point of contact for support incidents.
- Manage and track IT support tickets through the internal system.
- Document fixes and create clear, easy-to-follow guides for recurring issues.
- Identify and report recurring technical problems, suggesting improvements where possible.
- Basic understanding of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Previous experience using remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
