We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our civil construction team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing site activities, be fluent in Arabic, and be proficient in modern construction software tools like Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure efficient site execution
Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings, plans, and BOQs
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
Monitor labor, materials, and equipment at site and provide updates to Project Manager
Ensure site safety and compliance with local construction regulations
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or issues that may arise

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects
Proficient in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction software/tools
Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and finishing works
Fluent in Arabic (speaking and reading) – mandatory
Strong communication, reporting, and team coordination skills
Familiar with Kuwait municipality regulations and procedures
Must have a valid transferable residency in Kuwait
