Gender Analyst

We are seeking consultants with specialized expertise in organizational development, public sector reform, and HR restructuring of governmental authorities and entities. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about driving impactful change and who can leverage their knowledge and experience to support the sustainable development of our projects.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Possess a proven track record of success in facilitating organizational change, implementing public sector reforms, and leading HR restructuring initiatives within government agencies or similar entities.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience working with development partner organizations and governments as consultants will be expected to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and effectively collaborate with diverse partners to achieve project objectives.
  • Have a deep understanding of the Egypt ecosystem, including its political, economic, and social dynamics.
  • Be proficient in both written and spoken English.
