Graphic Designer

ThriftPlan seeks a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-impact visual assets across presentations (investor/enterprise decks), social media, marketing collateral and newsletters. The successful candidate will operate within a regulated environment, uphold brand governance, and translate complex financial/HR concepts into clear, on-brand visuals in both Arabic and English.


Key Responsibilities (What you will own)


  • Presentations & Executive Materials
  • Design board-ready, client-ready, and investor decks in PowerPoint/Google Slides; create master templates, iconography, and data-visualization standards.
  • Enforce narrative structure and visual consistency; version control and redlining for iterative reviews.


Marketing & Social


  • Produce on-brand assets for LinkedIn and other channels (static, simple motion, carousels, thumbnails); adapt concepts to multiple formats and sizes.
  • Design brochures/one-pagers, case studies, event visuals, email/newsletter layouts, and landing-page graphics.


Newsletters & Email


  • Build modular, responsive newsletter templates (Arabic/English) and imagery compatible with leading ESPs; maintain asset libraries and style tokens.
  • UX/UI Journeys (Occasional)
  • Collaborate with Product to storyboard user flows, low- to mid-fidelity wireframes, and clickable prototypes in Figma; prepare developer-ready assets.
  • Apply WCAG 2.1 accessibility basics, right-to-left layout conventions, and platform guidelines (iOS HIG / Material Design) where relevant.


Brand Governance & Compliance


  • Maintain ThriftPlan’s brand system (color, type, grid, motion rules); audit and remediate deviations.
  • Manage source files, naming conventions, and asset “chain of custody”; ensure PDPL-compliant handling of any client-related visuals and data.
