Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Assistant Managert, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, helping to process vehicles, and signing customers up for unlimited memberships. You will be opening and closing the store and maintaining proper labor numbers. You must have excellent reliability and good training skills. We are looking for someone who always has a positive attitude, a lot of energy, and truly enjoys talking to people. This is a sales oriented position. You will have hourly pay, tip share, comission, and a bonus structure.. We're looking for 35-40 hours per week.

• Greet customers as they come in
• Answer any car wash related questions
• Vacuum and process full service cars
• Sign up unlimited plan memberships
• Hire and train employees
• Open and close the store

Experience

• Looking for management and sales experience

Must Haves

• Valid drivers license
• Good personal appearance
• Open availablity (within reason)
• Atleast 18 years old
