As a Retail Store Assistant Manager in our Toy store, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the overall success of the store. You will lead a team of at least 12 amazing associates, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service.

Duties

• Assist with Managing and supervising store staff, including training and scheduling
• Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Implement marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a Big Box store setting
• Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures

• Social media adaptability and knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
