Retail Store Assistant Manager
As a Retail Store Assistant Manager in our Toy store, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the overall success of the store. You will lead a team of at least 12 amazing associates, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service.
Duties
- Assist with Managing and supervising store staff, including training and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Implement marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales
Requirements

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a Big Box store setting
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures

- Ability to manage shifts effectively and prioritize tasks
- Social media adaptability and knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
