Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial transactions, records, and reports. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in accounting procedures, compliance with financial regulations, and provide timely and accurate financial information to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain all financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in preparing for audits and liaising with external auditors.
• Manage tax filings and ensure timely submission of VAT, Zakat, and other regulatory reports.
• Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Maintain and organize financial documentation and records.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Knowledge:
• Good understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).
• Familiarity with Saudi tax regulations and compliance requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
