Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise, and existing contacts.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and in-person networking.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company services, competition, and industry trends.
• Pitch services to potential clients, identify possible RFP’s and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) effectively.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects and follow up as needed.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to align client needs and service delivery.
• Prepare reports and forecasts for management.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings as a representative of the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel if required.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 5+ years KSA or UAE Experience
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
