• Online communication with guests (correspondence via email, on sales channels, in messengers)
• Newsletters (sending booking information, impression control)
• Processing bookings (creating and changing bookings, working with online payments)
• Processing guest reviews on all platforms (responding to reviews, resolving disputes)
• Interacting with the team
• Carrying out special assignments

Job Requirements

• High level of responsibility and attentiveness
• Decision making skills
• PC skills. Knowledge of basic programs is required.
• Active internet user
• Having your own laptop and good internet
• Readiness to learn
