Overview
Job Description
- Online communication with guests (correspondence via email, on sales channels, in messengers)
- Newsletters (sending booking information, impression control)
- Processing bookings (creating and changing bookings, working with online payments)
- Processing guest reviews on all platforms (responding to reviews, resolving disputes)
- Interacting with the team
- Carrying out special assignments
Job Requirements
- A sincere desire to communicate with people
- High level of responsibility and attentiveness
- Decision making skills
- PC skills. Knowledge of basic programs is required.
- Active internet user
- Having your own laptop and good internet
- Readiness to learn
