Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and diverse data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to answer strategic questions and guide decisions
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools
• Deliver data-driven insights that support operations, product, and leadership teams
• Continuously refine reporting and data models for clarity and scalability

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (C1 level required)
• German language is a plus.
• Proven background in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis
• Strong analytical thinking, with hands-on experience in SQL
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Detail-oriented and curious, with a readiness to dig deeper and challenge assumptions
• Effective communicator who can simplify complex data for different audiences
