Description:
Acknowledge the orders received and process sales order in system with proper LPO from customer and sales team within specified timeframe.
Respond promptly inquiries from customer and sales team.
Coordinate directly any OOS (Out of Stock) to sales team and DRP planner.
Request price off modification to Trade Marketing team with approved price from Business Units.
Highlight any blocked accounts in timely manner to Finance and Sales Team.
Highlight any sales related concern to sales team regarding pending or cancelled order. Take action accordingly if need to be reprocessed.
Perform an outbound calls including upselling, cross selling, offering new products and customer order update.
Receive and answer inbound calls including order status, price inquiry, product availability and delivery status.
Maintain zippered relation to OOH key customers.
Log and coordinate customer complaints.
Play a direct point of contact for the respective sales team for any order related concerns.
Provide feedback and report requested by the management.
