Job Opening: Marketing & Telesales Executive (Female)

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are hiring a Marketing & Telesales Executive with CLEANING COMPANY MARKETING EXPERIENCE to join our fast-growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth through targeted marketing and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Telesales & Client Acquisition

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients to promote services.
• Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to close deals.
• Maintain a professional and persuasive tone to convert inquiries into customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Social Media Marketing

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create and post engaging content including stories, reels, images, and promotional campaigns.
• Run paid and organic marketing campaigns and track performance.
• Reply to DMs, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Marketing & Promotions

• Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote company services across platforms.
• Post regular updates, offers, and service highlights on social media and WhatsApp groups.
• Collaborate with the operations and documentation team for effective campaign alignment.
• Identify new opportunities for lead generation and brand promotion.

CRM & Documentation

• Maintain accurate client databases and record all communications.
• Generate basic reports on lead status, conversions, and marketing performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

✅ Job Requirements:

Language Skills:

• Excellent spoken and written English is a must.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Experience using CRM tools and WhatsApp Business is a plus.

Professional Traits:

• Confident and persuasive communicator.
• Self-driven with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Well-presented, punctual, and organized.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in telesales, marketing, or customer service in UAE is preferred.
