Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead and supervise the service team during operations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

• 
  Welcome and engage guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.

• 
  Communicate fluently in Arabic and English to assist guests from diverse backgrounds.

• 
  Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.

• 
  Handle guest feedback or complaints with discretion, empathy, and efficiency.

• 
  Support the training and development of junior staff to uphold high service standards.

• 
  Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.

• 
  Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the dining area in line with hygiene and luxury standards.

• 
  Assist in daily briefings, shift planning, and performance evaluations as directed by management.

• 
  Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements

• 
  Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism or any related field.

• 
  Minimum 3 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• 
  Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• 
  Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a polished appearance and professional attitude.

• 
  Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining etiquette.

• 
  Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and handle VIP clientele with discretion.

• 
  High attention to detail and commitment to delivering world-class service.

• 
  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
